How does it work?

Step 1

We onboard you onto our app and work out a healthy fat-loss, and optimal muscle/bone plan for longevity.

You can either:

  • Have a non-invasive Body MOT in our Milton Keynes studio where we measure your cortisol hormone, chronic inflammation, muscle, bone, fat

  • or we recommend a remote solution for you to get your start point

See the example above: This lady had been struggling for years to lose fat and when we tested her she had very low muscle which is not great for longevity, high fat, and super low cortisol levels so she struggled to burn any fat. 

She joined out 16 week programme where she is guided every day until she hits her goal.

Step 2

Every day she logs her food and is guided to help her change her body composition from high fat, low muscle and low cortisol to;

lower fat, higher muscle and optimal cortisol.

We tell her exactly what exercises to do in what order and either retest it every 4 weeks in our Milton Keynes studio or via our remote solution.

Step 3

Through our supportive, data-driven coaching she gets the desired result and is now the lowest she's been since Mar 20!!
