Coaching is ideal if you’re feeling stuck and want to make a change. It’s intended to help normal, healthy individuals achieve greater success, happiness, and wellbeing in their lives. Not at all! In fact, most coaching is conducted over the phone or the internet. We can however offer face-to-face coaching if you live locally.


There are many benefits to coaching instead of simply going it alone. A coach can help you reach goals in almost all areas of your life, from health and relationships to confidence and careers, much quicker. By helping you get clear on your goals, that increased clarity and focus, leads to accelerated achieivement of your goals.

You will have 1 x 1 hour session every 2 weeks to allow you to learn new techniques and practice them in your life. Because we provide coaching over the phone or via the Internet, sessions can easily fit around your schedule.

After your initial Discovery Session, coaching sessions will typically last between 45 minutes to an hour. Sessions can be conducted face-to-face or remotely, usually over the phone, over email, via video calls and occasionally through instant messaging. Your coach will ask you questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you’re unhappy with and where you’d like to see yourself in the future. Your coach will gently encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life based on your aspirations, offer support and feedback to help you to stay focused on your goals, and occasionally set you tasks and objectives to work on outside of sessions.

Book a FREE Discovery Session

  • We offer a 20-minute 100% FREE Discovery Session either via Zoom, or face-to-face if you’re local.
  • We discuss your goals, what you want to achieve, why it’s important to you, and what’s holding you back.
  • I explain our coaching programmes in more detail, and give you the opportunity to ask me questions.
  • You get to experience what it’s like to be coached by me for 20 minutes.
  • You’ll take away some tangible actions that you can put in place right away.
At the end of the session, we’ll both be in a better position to decide if we wish to work together.

4-Week Intensive Coaching Programme

  • Two 1-to-1 Zoom coaching sessions with Darren, or face to face in Milton Keynes / Bucks.
  • We work together to understand what you want to achieve in the month.
  • We get you on the right track and focussed on one or two immediate goals.
  • I’m also available between sessions on WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • I can be your accountability partner to keep you on track if desired.
  • I share goal related biohacking, neuroscience and personal development resources with you.
  • Ideal for anyone looking to break through but who doesn’t have time for a longer programme.
  • On completion you’ll have the option to upgrade to my Advanced Programme.

The cost of the 4-Week Intensive Coaching Programme is £500.

24-Week Advanced Coaching Programme

  • 1 -to- 1 Intensive Human Potential Coaching with Darren for the duration of the programme.
  • Access to thousands of pounds  worth of cutting edge resources to enhance your progress.
  • Each month I share a different biohacking, neuroscience, & personal development topic.
  • I work with you to understand your long term goals and what you want to achieve.
  • This forms the backdrop to the coaching work we do together over the next 6 months.
  • We’ll assess your performance over the course of 12 / twelve 1-hour Zoom coaching sessions.
  • We can also meet for face to face sessions in Milton Keynes, Bucks.
  • Access to me between sessions via WhatsApp, email and phone.
  • I’ll hold you to account on your actions and performance.

The Advanced Coaching Programme costs £500 every 4-weeks, or £2500 paid in advance.

About Your Coach

“Hi I’m Darren Pyefinch and one of the proudest moments of my life has been competing for Great Britain Age Group Triathlon 6 times. It may not be at the elite level, like Alistair Brownlee or Mo Farah, but it is still a very good standard that takes dedication to get there. The buzz is like nothing I’ve ever experienced.

10 years ago my life was very different. I was hugely overweight and very unhealthy. After collapsing at work and being raced to the hospital I had to change… I was trained by a triathlon coach who gave me the belief that I could compete at that level. After a period of hard training, I finally qualified for the World Championships.

New Zealand in 2012: I literally begged and borrowed from a few good friends, to get the airfare and race fee to compete. I lined up in a field including some ex-professional footballers and other very fast guys. The race ran like a dream and I beat a lot of really good athletes that day.”

What did I learn? If you put the hours in and commit to a dream it can come true despite your previous beliefs. I subsequently competed in Spain, Holland and Austria in World and European championships. Qualifying to compete at Zofingen in Switzerland is probably my favourite achievement.

Who can I help? People who want to achieve something out of the ordinary that they previously thought impossible. Whether it is an athletic achievement, to stop feeling fed up or a career change.
